Running off of bkr6e's. I keep on cracking the white part on the plugs and causes bad detenation. It was running lean when at had it a 12psi but now im back to stock boost and i ant get the problem to go away. It sounds like my car is running off 3 cylinders or sounds real low like an sti motor or something. Give gas to pedal causes smoke out the exhaust, (more than usual)i think this is running rich. Everything ive done is check for spark, check connections. Im thinking my fuel pump went bad

How tight are you putting in the spark plugs, if you tighten them to much the casing will break. If you put the key to the on position do you here the fuel pump coming on? You could try pulling spark plug wires to see if your only running on 3 cylinders. When you pull a wire you should notice a difference in how the car sounds and is running, so if you pull one and there is no difference then thats probably your suspect cylinder. Hope you get it sorted out.

You never mentioned if the fuel pump is old/new/what kind. Please don't say it's the stock KA. You should also be running BKR7E's.
