Bad Exhaust leak+ bad hesitation===WTFMF

Ok so I have this bad random hesitation. It only happens a few times a week. Sometimes its very bad, to the point of not being able to drive the car. Or, it just bucks. Usualy it does this weird holding back feeling until about 2500 rpms.

Now the worse thing. I have this really bad exhaust leak. I found I had some outlet tube bolts lose, so I fixed that. checked the manifold bolts, and the turbo bolts, and the downpipe. Now it sounds like im running an open dp. I cant see where its coming from, nor can I safely stck my hand in there to find it. I have a Megan Tubular manifold and it gets really hot. I thought maybe it cracked but I dont see it vibrate like I would expect it to because...The reinforment brcaket was lose so I just welded it on there where the bolts go through eliminating the problem. Honestly I dont know why Megan didnt already do this.

So, if all the connections are tight, and nothing is visibly broke, what the hell is leaking exhaust so bad in that area.

Its a Redtop SR, with s14 SR T28. Has GREX dp, 3 " Apexi N1, Greddy Fm, Walboro fp, Profec bspec 2.
