bad ecu

I have a 90 300zx na at and the heater core went out and was draining water into the passenger side floor board, well it fried the ecu. I can't find one that has the same # on it but I found one that was all but the last #. It's for the same car (90 300zx na at) my ? Is will it work or do I have to find one with the same # on it?

You should be ok if you have on from another NA

You cant use an NA 5spd(Manual) ECU in an Auto so make sure it came from an Auto.

You can use the Auto ECU in a 5spd but not vice versa

any NA Auto ECU should be fine
