Wish I could help you out in person but many radiator type shops can repair them for cheap. I know there is a shop here in Cleburne that does. We've used them to good effect before. Or you could use this as an excuse to install a fuel cell....

Fortunatly the hole is relativly small, but its low on the tank, so I can't really keep any gas in it( less than 1/4). To get home from the mountains, I stuck a peice of gum over it.... It got me home... I was drifting conecting a few turns, 3/4 of the way through the last turn the radius of the turn decreased, and the back of the car slamed into the mountain side bending my muffler perpendicular to the car. I'm going to price a cell, but was just curious as to if someone had an extra tank laying around.heres a pic....Thanks,
I'd just call around to local shops who do welding. Anyone who is half decent with a wire welder should be able to patch that up if you drop the tank and clean it out.
Remember clean it out and be in a well ventilated area. I'd let it sit for a while so the fumes are good and gone. The 240 will probably like having any crud gotten out as well.
