I have a 91 240 with a mostly stock redtop SR.

Sometimes when the car has been running for a while it will not pull as hard as it should. The turbo will spool up and you can hear the air getting sucked in all day, but there just isn't as much power as there should be. It will still idle fine and you never hear or feel any skipping. It will just be down on power. If I let it cool down for a while she's hell on wheels again.

I'm wondering if maybe a coilpack is dying and flakes out when it gets hot, but who knows. Could be several things.

yes I had the same thing. One sketch coil pack. It will run like that for a while untill it just up and quits on you. Id be a good idea to invest in a spare

I have a Greddy front mount intercooler. I run about 12 psi with stock T25. I've had the boost set for that for a long time before without any problems. I thought about maybe getting the splitfire coilpacks or getting a new set of stock coils. Even if it doesn't fix the problem it probably isn't a bad idea to replace the 15+ year old stockers anyway.
