THE last time i went to a mechanic he said he had the car on the lift with the brake pressed and the real wheels where still spinning. He told me both calipers are frozen.

Is this a caliper problem or something else. Im thinking master cylinder???is there anything else and how can I diagnose this my self.I sae reman celipers on ebay for less then 40 bucks and Im about to purchase them... Could IT be breaks need to be bled??? I once had a real caliper replaced maybe they did something wrong??

Re-manufactured calipers are basically calipers that have the original aluminum cylinder body and I think the same pistons. They just replace the rubber seals.

Is the master cylinder leaking at all?

The master cylinder does have two ports for the brake fluid, One for the front brakes and one for the backs. It could be possible that there maybe some thing wrong with the master cylinder but I am more inclined to believe the rear calipers are bad.
