Well after getting a used BCM on ebay and getting it programmed by the dealership it is fixed and now I have two keys and two working remotes. I was able to fix this myself and the BCM was burnt up heads up to the engineers who made this car esp glad it didnt burn up any wires.

I have a 97 Q45 that just turned 200K....runs rough and idles rough...getting like 13 mpg.....hesitates under load....thought it might be VVT selenoid, but I am getting all kinds of Error Codes...P1320 Ignition Control Signal, PO325 Knock Sensor Circuit and Circuit malfunction...remembered the last technician thought it was the ECM or BCM? since we changed all plugs and coils...Mass air flow, etc.....Wondering how much for a used one on ebay, etc and really only 135$ for dealer to reprogram ??
