94 Q45 80K mi. Stock.

Every month or so, the Q would feel like it was running on 4 cylinders for about 1 minute, then return to normal... Wait a month, and it would do it again... Hot or Cold, didn't matter.

One day, while in the rough running mode, I pulled into a BP gas Station to get some cigs, shut the car down while it was running on 4 cylinders... Came back out, and the seat memory didn't work, car started on all 8 and I drove home... Didn't give it a second thought, just thought I'd have to reset seat positioner... Wrong...

Next day these items didn't work:Automatic Seat Positioner, (manually seat works)Rt. Rear door lock would not lock/unlock w/ other 3...Lights don't blink when Locking using key fob remote...Rt. Rear window switch on console dosen't work...Rt. Rear door window switch works with Key Off, and removed...???Window (same door) goes down fine, won't go up, seems like it 's in a bind, very slow... Pulled and lubed/cleaned tracks...

Now I have the Rt. Rear door panel off, and removed Regulator... Looks fine, gonna test in on the bench w/ 12vdc...

Bad BCM? Expensive part? What else? Can the door AMP effect Drive Positioner? Could the ECM (running on 4 cylinders) blow the BCM?

Thanks...
