After I installed DNX 6140 on my car about 1 month ago, I had a problem with my car. Usually I just hit a brake and press start button and the car starts. Now, my dash light flicker and flashing and all my lights dim every time I hit the button, and the car does not start. I took my car to Autozone and had them tested the battery, the guy told me my battery is fine, but sometimes the voltage is kinda low. Do you think it could be a bad alternator ?

Same happened to me it was the battery,

Since it's covered by warranty, I took it to the dealership and I paid only a portion (1/3) of the cost of the new battery.

I've reported oin here a few times that our cars are VERY sensitive to voltage changes... Even if you don't have a heavy duty audio system, I would chuck the factory battery and get a nice Kinetik HC 1800 power cell and call it a day.. it has more amper hours, more cranking amps and cold cranking amps than pretty much any comparable battery!

I was thinking to upgrade to aftermarket battery too. The guy at Autozone sells Optima battery for about $240. Kinda pricey though.
