Bad Alternator?

I OK, I just got my SR swap finished and I started up fine a few days ago. Then I go to start it today and it just clicks and I got no power at all. SO I jump it on my bro's car, starts up and we're letting it sit for like 5 minutes. As soon as I took off the cables from my batery it died. so I tried it again, let it sit longer this time and I took the cables off. it stayed on for about 10 seconds and then died.

I'm gussing it my Alternator cause the batery was fine and it would not die while its running if its the battery.

What can I do to get it working? Is there any way I can fix it or at least try. There is no US Spec car to get a SR alternator from so I dont really wana order one.

If I do need a new alternator where should I go?
