Bad Alternator 11,000 miles

Hey all...

I was driving home the other day and my break light and battery light went on. So i decicded i would take my car to the deal the next day. On my way to work in the morning my battery finally gave out. The Alternator had died.... Dealer said they have seen a lot of muranos have this problem... I hope this is not a reoccurring issue..

Good 2 know... im wondering how many people have had this problem.....

Probably Quite a few being your the third case I know of and you mentioned the dealer had done several already. I believe the altenator is updated from its previous design to correct that problem.

ya thats my only worry is that it will happen again unless they fix the defect in the product....
