Backup/Rearview camera--worth installing?

Is it actually worth installing one of these? Someone posted that they did it but I'd like to know how tough it was, and if it's worth going through the hassle.

I'm glad I have mine. It's a time-consuming install, but not one that I would consider particularly difficult.

This is slightly off topic, but can anyone take a picture of their factory back up camera? I don't think I've seen a good picture of it...
