I was very proud of myself when I mounted a camera on the back license plate and ran the signal in to the video port on the console, then chose AUX. Then I tried to back up, and the display says video will resume when the car stops. I wanted to use it while I was backing up. Leaving the parking brake slightly engaged helps, but I don't want to do that all the time.

Thanks,
Steve

It sounds like the head unit thinks you're trying to watch a video in motion. You'll have to do some research and find a resistor that tells the unit that your camera is always "stopped" so you can view it while in motion.
