Backup Camera mounting

I purchased a used 2007 S at a great price, but wanted some of the upgrades offered on the other models such backup camera.

The camera I purchased on Ebay mounts on the license plate cover. When looking at the rear of the car, this sticks out like a sore thumb. Does anyone have any other mounting cameras that hide a little better, but still have the good visibility when backing up?

Where is the factory OEM Camera mounted and does anyone know of a link to purchase just the OEM camera?

Tried that. They do NOT offer that part for the Nissan Murano.

Nope not there either Assume it has to be somewhere!! I know there are third-party cameras. But I want an OEM or genuine nissan one. I thought the Nissan 2007 was partly pre-wired for some of this, so easier if I can find the real McCoy.
