I have a 2013 Rogue Special Edition that came with a backup camera that is very nice. However, I have noticed that the guides are off. If I follow them into the middle of the space I am actually a little to the left and my front end is pointed to the left. Can the guides be adjusted by me? The dealer?

Are your lines accurately aligned with your Rogue, or are they off centered slightly? Moreover, discrepancies in a backup camera's accuracy is not uncommon with all/many auto manufactures. The back up camera is intended to serve as an aide and will require the driver to use the rear view and side mirrors for added accuracy. The Nissan dealership should be able to center/adjust your lines if they are off----but you will still likely experience the same inaccuracies. :yesnod

While I am using the guides they seem to be centered and not distorted in any way. When I get out I can see that I am farther to the left than the guides indicated. My front end is also pointing to the left. The next time I am at Nissan I will ask them if they can align the guides. I look at the manual and they don't even mention the backup camera.

That's not how the guides work. They are meant as an aid to judge distance to an object behind you. Even if you have the one with the orange indicator lines that help you straighten out, it's only indicating the wheels are traveling in a straight line, so it's still possible to park at an angle. If you need help parking straight, you should have bought a vehicle with the around view camera system.
