For sportmax 962s, Anyone have a picture or can tell me if there are large spaces on the backside of the wheel behind the fake lug holes? The adapters (spacers) i'm going to run might not be thick enough to cover the entire lug stud, so there needs to be a space for them to sit, so the wheel sits flush against the adapter. I know some people might be confused to what i'm asking but hopefully some one understands. thanks for any help and i dont car if you hate sportmaxes and they are a waste of money, i just want my question answered.

i don't know, but if all else fails you can get shorter studs or take a cutting wheel to yours.

not really, but maybe the old studs might just sit in the unused holes if they line up just right.

I think I know what your talking about right? You're looking for clearance for the stock studs right?

I'm not sure because I don't know personally, but if the other wholes are usable for like 4x100, then I doubt it.

How thick are the spacers youre gonna be using?

I highly doubt that all 8 holes are 114.3mm

umm... how about extended studs and stackable hubcentric spacers?

NO there is not room. i know for 100% sure. the other holes are not the same pattern so the bolts wont go in.

if you really want to run spacers these wheels are pointless. they are cheap, but you have to spend 100 on spacers not worth it and the spacers don't even fit unless you press out the studs int eh spacers and use longer studs, PITA, OR cut the hub studs to be flush with the spacer.

I made a thread about this a while ago. i'll post it up in a sec. i'm just going to cut my hub studs shorter, seems easiest.

THanks thats exactly what i wanted to know... I shoulda posted up last night when i realized the other lug holes werent fake and are usuable 4x100. So these def wont work unless i get 25mm +. I'm just going to get extended studs then. These wheels are not pointless, you will be suprised when you see the finished product. My one boys car, has these, looks insane.. i'll try to get pictures some time and post them. I duno if hes on this site or not yet. But everyone, i appreciate the comments and help and not bashing me right away.

lol I have them, look in the link in my sig. I'm just saying I should have spent the money it cost to get wheels+spacers and to get wheels with better offsets, like 17x9+20 fn's, or those elite wheels are tight
