As you can see... I have a broken panel and the other one isnt far from broken either. The previous owner had the same problem and used gorilla glue, tacks, stables, and spray paint to fix them, but now I need to find a way to fix them. Obviously gorilla glue and staples arent going to work so Ive come here to ask your opinion. What should I do?

I was thinking of silicone and drilling some holes so I can use some small black bolts to keep it all in place.

I was also wondering if anyone else has a vert with black leather panels like mine? Or anyone willing to sell some panels... [IMG][/IMG]

I used an Arrow T50 stapler and 3/8" staples, and mine stay on fine.

I did the bolt technique on mine, came out alright but reupholstering did not come out so well, also the bolt holes need to be filled so there's not gaps or waves along the rim. I've played with a fiberglass insert and that seemed like an even worse idea. Good luck ;P

go out and buy some fiber glass patch, really easy to use and comes out really nice when done. sanding and a little bondo are reaquired though, but worth it

Yes, there are black leather panels, but as far as I know, they do not look like yours. Yours are completely smooth, and the factory leather ones have a striped, slightly padded insert in the leather.
