It took a month to get all the tools and parts that I needed to put a emergency motor in the car, but she's finally running again. It has a couple leaks to fix but nothing major. BTW the motor is a s13 ka with a little over 100k on it. The blown engine will be getting built sometime soon.

but what happenned with your other motor again?why did it blew up?

detonation killed my ring lands on #2 and rings on 3 and 4.

how much boost did you ran?and how much boost are you running right now?

7.5 psi when it blew up. I'm going to be running 5 psi until I get her tuned well.

yeah, my ignition timing was way off. I think I've got things figured out now.

oh---duh me--you ahve the greddy kit. Was the timing on the emanage not right to begin with--or was it tuned a bit by yourself, and the timing got off?
