Hey guys, I am new to the forum, but I was wondering...What would i put in the back seat to cover up the hole to the trunk after i remove the back seats. I drive a s14 and i want to lighten up my car a little but I really dont want the hole there so, you guys got any ideas? Thanks

yeah, im gonna have to agree, that back seat is pretty light if that is the only thing getting removed. anything that u would put up there, like a covered board or something, will weigh as much.-Enzo

a thin sheet of steel or aluminum works well.also, if you race and plan on using a fuel cell back there you will have to do this top pass tech inspection anyways.

i replaced mine with a something i whipped up... but not for weight savings, i did it for more storage since i carry tools with me alot and my trunk is usually full. seriously tho, if your taking it out for weight savings... just leave it... it weighs almost litterally nothing.
