Trying to remove the hose because it has a huge slice in it and causes all my fluid to leak out but it is in the worse possible place known to man behind all the drive belts and the timing cover. Anyway to get to both ends of this hose without removing the belts or timing cover as i dont have the time or tools and dont want to have to sell it

Hi and welcome to NICO Club!

Can you post a picture or a better description please? Maybe you'll see the hose in the FSM and can point to that? The upper radiator hose is on top, in front and is not behind any belts or cover. I see both clamps within reach in a photo. Same goes for the upper elbow of the lower radiator hose. It's a little tighter to get at the rear clamp, but still doable without pulling belts. The only thing I see mentioned to be removed for access is the air duct from the mass airflow sensor to the throttle body.

Here's the FSM. That might help. The LC chapter is coolant stuff. The FWD chapter is the Foreward and has the table of contents.

If you follow the upper hose from the radiator it goes to a metal pipe.. then on the backside theres another hose that goes straight down from that metal pipe and behind the timing cover.. thats the trouble one

Oh, is it the hose that goes to the thermostat housing? If so, I do see on LC-10 instruction to get at that and it does say to remove a few things.

I like imgur for putting up photos. No account necessary. There's a green 'new post' button near the top left.
