back of radio inputs?

2006 infiniti m35 want to install video converter that has video plug and will go directly to harness without cutting. does the radio have rca inputs behind it? mine is not nav just display. just wondering on the audio how it gets sent. thanks

LOL...i wish cars today came with aux inputs on the back of the radio. There are ways to play video on the front monitor and play sound without an FM modulator but much work is involved and about 700 bucks in parts.

looking into it right now. simple fm modulator runs around 20.00 and all i need is to tap into the wire that feeds video and make that an rca. that is simple but think will work

Wont work, dont fukk with it. You will need an rgb filter and also tap into the sync wires. There is no way to make just an RCA end and have video work. If you try and trick it and go through the rear camera input, you will still have the lines that move when you turn the wheel. And on top of that, an FM modulator sounds like $hit. Do it right or don't do it at all.

going with the video converter that found for 199.00 and just send the fm thru the antenna and just tune it in. sounds better?

yes, much better. For the best sound you will have to add an aftermaket amp for the mids and highs and install a JL audio CleanSweep. You are on the right track now.

Thats the piece he is talking about. Nav TV makes the same thing but is a little more expensive. It still has no audio input so another interface is required for sound.

why so many other things for audio?an fm modulator connected directly to the antenna will not sound clean?

No, it won't sound clean at all. Not compared to a direct input. FM modulators suck...no way around it.

any brand or site and parts suggested for the audio will be great if you could. i already found several for the video part and are all about the same price(plus or minus around 200.00). thanks
