back firing alot

ok soo i fix my fuel injector leak and now my car runs but really crappy. When i get on it, it feels flat like there's no pull. I'd check the timing but i suck at that. I just put in some new spark plugs which were the NGK BKR6ES-11 and that helped a little untill the engine was warm and running.

check timing.gap plugs to .8mm, 1.1mm is too much gap.

*edit*im willing to bet that the timing is severly retarded as its backfiring and has no power.center the cas, reset ecu and then check/set timing.

yeah its not my server, some guy posted it on 240sx forums its for everyone to put 240 vids as far as i know
