i'd like to start by saying (STOP YELLING), i know that it might be annoying, but has it always been like this?? (i'm guessing not), then i would check the rear suspension, starting with shocks (also check ball joints, bushings and so on......).... my guess would be the shocks, because if the shocks are soft, it would cause the rear to swing, that is the most probable cause, but again, it might be other things too... please update

Sounds like one of your rear shocks is blown.

I don't agree with the other guys. I would bet it is the rear tie rods. My car does the same thing. I jacked it up and the only thing I found wrong was a little bit of play in the outer tie rods. I have not replaced mine yet but I will very soon. The only place I could find them was from the dealer. I think you can get them from online for about $40 a piece.

Well, let us know if that fixes it.

When I got my 94, big bumps would make a thunking sound coming from the rear and would unsettle the rear and really big bumps would just about put you in the ditch.

I swapped the struts from my now dead 93 and the problem went away. I also had a bent rim on that same side. The previous owner had probably hit a large pothole or something like that and bent the rim and blown out the strut.
