Back door not closed probably

Did anyone experienced the back door of your V cannot close probably and the door light is on?

Today's weather is -21 and with the wind chill it is -32. I don't know if the lock is frozen or not. When I closed the back door, it is locked but there is still play in between.

Any idea?

My door light comes on all the time because I don't push the door down hard enough. It seems like the seals are too fat or something. I normally give it a little muscle and stop babying it and it gets closed. I think you may be describing a different issue that may need dealer's attention.

The back door lock is forzen and the detailing shop de-forzed it. It works very good now.

I havent had that problem.. however, I have had the gas cap freeze shut.. I had a fun time chipping ice out of the cracks with my keys.. being VERY carful not to hit the paint.

had that same problem still do even when the temp is plus 20 and i ilive in the coldest part of canada next to the north

hopefully when i go to get a oil change they will check the stuff i need them to check
