Baby Blue s13 spray painted?

I've been looking for an old thread with someone that spray painted his silvia baby blue and he was apart of some drift team that all of them had the same color can someones help me find that thread. I've been searching all day for it but to no avail.

Is it Rustoleum? but i dont want their color that would be biting there swag and thats bad kidsim looking for a lime green to regular green color I'd be interested in finding out how s13teddy did his wheels white

the stuff i have is bluer than teddys and he bought his rims like that i think........

What is so hard to understand that he rattle canned everything? I'm pretty sure he didnt use clear coat....
