I am running the Tanabe GF210 springs. I am in love with them and the way they feel in all three parts of the corner. The spring rate are about 60 lbs. higher front and rear with only a .5 drop.
This is great becasue it allows for farther suspention travel without hitting your bump stops on every hard turn in! I have been running them on stock struts for over 30k miles!!!.
The great thing about the spec-v which most people dont know is that the shocks/struts are built by Sachs. This is the same company that designs and builds shocks for the BMW sport and M class suspentions!! The spec-v struts are great struts and work well when not slammed with over .5 drop!!!
If you want to go to the extreme go with Megan racing or K-sport coilover set-ups. Just remember again to not slam the car and give it enough travel to work properly.
I am also running BF-goodrich g-force supersport's (stock size). They are a LARGE improvement over the stock contenintial tires. They grab better on entrance where the stock tire lags. slides just a bit in mid corner, and has great stright line punch for the exit.
I am running a strut bar built by AEBSTRACT here on the boards.

I love mine from him and it REALLY tightens the fron end of the car up a lot. Granted I can feel every little bump now. but hey it sperformance.
