b16 front bumper gap

i have a gap between where the front bumper meets the hood.. that whole side is actually sagging, leaving a hole under the headlight also. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? help please it really bothers me and i don't want to get ripped off by the shop if i can just take the bumper off somehow and fix it in an hour...

i bought my car used and it was already like that. judging from some dents in the front bumper, the previous owner must have ran into something

Well, you'll first have to determine what is causing the sag? It would most likely either the bumper support is bent, the bumper cover itself is out of shape or not fitting right. Bumper is easy to remove so do that and then you can look at the front part of the frame and see if you can make some sort of judgment as to where the problem may be. You can also visually see if the bumper cover is out of whack when you take it out.
