So Friday morning I go out to start my car and let it warm up, get in it and start it as soon as I get out of it to go back in the house it dies...Okay so I get back in and try to start it, starts then runs and dies. Does this couple more times then it starts being really weird, I go to start it and then it'll run rev to 2-3k then stutter then die. Well right before it dies the all the dummy lights turn on and the SES light flashes on and off, also you can hear a clicking. Sounds like back by the fuel pump....So finally get it started and try to get it around the block, halfway around the block it dies on and luckily I can get it started and head back home. Sit in the the driveway messing with it more and doing the same as running then die then lights come on and go off. Get it "driveable" and go up the street by the time I get to the end of the street( 1/4 mile) it dies again. I restart it and its idling at 1k and everytime I give it gas only goes to 2k and no higher, no matter how hard I press the pedal in. Driving down the street I turned onto doing maybe 15mph w/ cautions on so people wouldn't hit me and by the time I get to the end of the street it's running decent and will let me drive it. Get to work and let Jerry know and see what he thinks, tells me to get it over to the dealer asap. Well with that said we get really busy at work and have no time to take it over there. So it sits all day at work and by the time I go home it drives and runs fine. NO PROBLEMS . Left it sit all day Saturday cause I took my parents Altima to work to do some work to there car. Try to start the Sentra again today, same problems as Friday... Thought maybe it was bad gas but ruled that out cause of the issues with it not revving when I press the pedal and also when the SES light flashes on and off and then hear that clicking. So needless to say I'm going to use my Nissan road side asst. and get it towed to the dealer and have Jerry and the rest of the techs figure it out. Plus it's under warranty. Only thing that sucks is it's a '06 w/ only 9800 on it.
Anyways wanted to share my problem and see if anyone else has any ideas. I'll keep you guys posted though.
