Hey everyone I have a S13 1992 240SX and my little bro has a B15 2004 Sentra SE-R Spec-V. The Sentra has 4 lugs and Brembos. I would like a bbk for halting my soon to be SR20'ed car and I plan to stay 4 lug. So instead of the typical 26/30mm 300ZX calipers and redrilled rotors can I use the Sentras rotors? Better yet what's the chance that the Brembo calipers will fit my 240? (For more parts interchange and finding calipers easier, I happen to know the brembo pads for the B15 and 350Z are the same so are the calipers and rotor size the same too?) Thanks upfront everyone.

Hmm, I had to think about this one for a little while.

I know SPL makes an upgrade that uses the 350z 12.8" rotor with Z32 30mm calipers. The use of these requires an adaptor/bracket that they provide with the kit. Check it out herehttp://www.splparts.com/Parts/...t.asp

Now if the 350z brake pads are the same as the Sentras, Im -assuming- the calipers are the same or at least close. Realistically, I could see Nissan using the same calipers and rotors on both cars, but I have no proof to back that up.

In short, I dont have an answer for your question. I also dont recall anybody running that setup, so get out there and get your hands dirty. Maybe it will work..

Sadly my brother is now a resident of Colorodo so there will be no dirty hands with out solid facts. Thanks for the info I already mailed SPL about their brackets and the Sentra rotors.

Are the EVO/STI/350Z/Spec-V Brembos all the same. (And what about the Jaguar or new Chrysler SRT line of Brembos even) I am under the impression that STIs have different pads but that in no way tells me what caliper differances may or maynot be.

As far as I got so far is;The Sentra Spec-V Brembo is 305mm or 12"rotor.The 350Z brembo is a 322-325mm or 12.7-12.8"rotor.The 300ZX rotor is 280mm or 11". So 300ZX calipers will not fit over without an adapter to space it away from the hub. I am currently looking into the height of the Brembo's OEM calipers and verifing that the rotors have the correct offset from a Spec-V. If Brembos don't bolt up I will possibly machiene brackets similar to SPL's to run the 300ZX calipers on 12" sentra rotors.
