I know it's possible, but what parts are needed exactly? I know you need calipers, pads, and rotors off of an SE-R/Spec V, but what else do you exactly need? I feel as though drums are a bit dated and I'd like to upgrade to discs. Anybody know EXACTLY what I need?

I would go to a junk yard and get the whole rear "axle", should come with everything you need attached to it.

Other stuff you might need:

Master Cylinder (may be different i can check)
Proportioning Valve
Lines

Also, not that it matters, rear rotors from a Brembo Spec V are slightly larger than the non Brembo's.

Thanks. If I find a Brembo Spec V, I could probably just take the rotors and calipers from the front off of it right?

And yeah. I figure the master cylinder is probably a bit different. If not, good for me. Helps me spend less money. I hope the lines aren't different though. It would make life ten times easier.
