B13, B14 drivelines - 1.6L vs 2.0L

Please excuse my ignorance on this one. Do the SE-R and non SE-R B13's share the same trannys, axle shafts, etc. (w/5 spd)? What about the B14's? Do the GXE, SE, and SE-R all share the same drivetrain other than the motor? I'm wondering because I hear the B13's factory stuff can't handle much over 200hp. How much hp can the factory B14 driveline handle? I'd like to boost to at least 275. Thanks!

1.6 and 2.0 trans and axles are not the same. 2.0's driveline can handle up to 300ish (and possibly more) except the clutch.
