i just got my b&m ss and i have a quick question of how is the easiest way to get to the 2 bolts that are the farthest up. i have access to a lift on wensday at school if i need it. thanks for the help.

You have to pull the topplate on the shifter tub? I would think unbolt the crossmember and let the transmission tip down so you can get up in there.

ya i have to pull the top plate. i hope i don't have to let the transmission down.

No "bump" boss,

Drop the transmission down by unbolting the crossmember. As a precaution you might want to have the transmission sitting on a floor jack. I'm assuming that you have the car up on ramps or on a pair of jackstands. I don't know what I'd do if it was on a lift!
