Looks great man! $35 is cheap considering the psot of paint and clear would have cost me more than that. Def. was oven baked cause 6 hrs isn't enough time for clear to dry "naturally"

lol not really. i painted my radiator a while back and it looks a thousand times better.. especially for ppl with a mesh grill like mine or the Cmod.

ive been run into..TWICE. BOTH hit and runs! i just went back to the bodyshop wher i took it in to get repaired, because i liked how quick i got the car back and the paint was an exact match both times.

Actually, painting the radiator does lower the effect of having one and if you just use regular paint, you could cause damage to the engine over time. I wanted to paint mine as well (as I have the C-Mod Grille) and my Mechanic/Painter advised against it for the same reason I'm telling you.

Can you? Yes...

Should you? No...

idk, i did it to mine with no issues, my friend did it to his mercedes with no issues, my other friend did his intercooler for his SRT4 and has had no issues. thing is, radiator keeps the car cool. so the only damage i could see happening is the radiator not keeping the car cool enough and the engine over heating and messing up. ive kept on eye on my engine temp and it has never gotten hot... i'm no mechanic so there may be another reason but so far i havent seen anything wrong.
