LOL - I'd love to, but my oldest has his heart set on restoring an old Suburban (the 2-door model). Black, slammed and tubbed. He's got a little old-school hotrodder in him...sniff :D

My middle one likes *GASP* 240's of all things. There's a CLEAN red, lowered '95 at his school that he can't quit talking about, no matter how much I beat him. ;)

The littlest one wants a "...pink Barbie-Q" (which we all thought meant BBQ, until we found one in a store and she said, "No - A car like Daddy's, but pink - with Barbie stickers!") :rolleyes

You do look different. Is that a recent pic? Lost a bit of weight after the injury? Great pic!

Ah, the American dream...beautiful family, softball games, sunny days, owning imported luxury cars. Well done, Greg.

LOL - Thanks for all the nice comments guys. The midgets are 11, 6 and 4. (and mama's 33.)

RedRocket, if this hilljack kid from LA (lower alabama) can do it, ANYONE can.... there's hope for you yet! :D

American dream indeed. Sometimes the bills are still late, sometimes it's topramen and beer instead of steak and wine, and sometimes you wonder if all those long hours at work are really worth it.

Then you see your life from the perspective of others and you say.... "Yep - Life is good." :)

Okay, I thought I was the only redneck that ever referred to lower Alabama as LA. I think I even had a shirt in Jr High that said I'm from LA, and then on the bacl spelled it out.

The question now is was your LA lower than my LA? Ever hear of Irvington? & what era?

Nice family pic. I stopped at 2, now just need to find myself a nice lady friend.

HAHA - My hillbilly AirForce buddy from Dayton, Ohio started that with me - He used to tell girls at the bar I was "from LA", and then I'd be stuck explaining... :rolleyes.

My LA was Ozark - SouthEast corner, then Gulf Shores (WAY low).

1970-1977.

BTW, how far are you from Cleveland? Ever get out that way?

I was in Mobile and then Irvington (can't get much lower without going to Dauphin Island) from 78 - 82 or 83.

Cincy and Cleveland are opposing corners of the state, it's about 4-5 hours (can be done MUCH quicker :) ). I have an ex-gf in that area now. Her family lives in Akron. Haven't been there in over a year, but I'm supposed to go up this summer and her Dad's supposed to try and get a tee time at Firestone.

I'll check and see if she's gonna be ready for visitors by then, when I helped her load up the truck the first of this month she said something about "... don't anyone expect to have a free place to stay if they come to a Indians game THIS year..."

But if she's "gotten her new place ready" and my boys are at their mom's then, I'll see what I can do. Would be nice to put some "real" faces to the folks on here. I hate it that I wasn't able to make the Indy meet. Hope to make one of the Monthly meets.

You'll have to let everyone know when it's closer, I'm sure there are several in Ohio that would make the trip to see the Hitman.

Well... you did something right anyway... married a beautiful woman and made some kids!! Good work.

Oh... and by the time he's ready to drive it... the middle one can buy my 95... I'm sure I'll be sick of it by then!
