I'm trying to do some pre-wiring before I install my nav system. (Pioneer avic-x930bt)

I'm using the metra axxess steering wheel control module and I'm running into problems. It seems every video I watch about it is so vague with the details. I can't find anything where it shows exactly where to plug the wires into. Has anyone installed this module themselves or can point me in the direction of some facts.

thanks

I spent 2 hours today trying to hook mine up without luck. I called the tech support and was on hold for 30 minutes only to get a person that didnt give a rats a** if they helped me or not. I disconnected the unit.. If you have any luck let me know

I will probably just end up taking it to a local audio installer. I called them and they knew the exact module I was talking about and quoted ~$70 to install it. The directions were confusing and after hearing your situation I'm not even going to try and call tech support.

Same here... local dealer said $70.. I read many reviews and people were able to install this unit with ease.. Wonder why I had so much trouble.
