Axles?

hello, I need some help. Afriend of mine has a MY07 Versa, with an auto transmission. His RS outer CV joint is shot, and the LS boot is torn. I have volenteered to fix it up for him but we can only find the parts from the dealer. No aftermarket and no wrecker supply. We will go to the dealer if there are no cheaper options avalible, however it is a lease vehicle and he really only wants to put the min $$$ into it. We are in the Vancouver, BC Canada area. Any help or leads would be appreciated.

Have you checked ebay? There is also an OEM dealer online called courtesy parts. Link below:

I don't see the axle listed there but try giving them a call: 1-800-527-1909

There is also a wrecker site I have used before, you just search for the car then the part and it will bring up wreckers all over the U.S. with the part.

I will compare prices online with the local dealer. I have found one axle on E Bay, again just need to see if it is worth the cost of shipping.
