Hi,

I have a 2013 G37x.

I just replaced the right front axle but there is no hole for a cotter pin in the bolt to hold the nut in place and to keep the nut from backing out like the original.
The nut on the new axle is crimped in several locations I assume to stake it onto the bolt but there is no slot on the bolt to stake the nut into.

I torqued it down and used locktite. It was good for around 500 miles but is starting to come loose.

Anyone ever come across this with an aftermarket axle?
Any ideas how to hold the nut into place to keep it from backing out?

Thanks!
