axle length problem

i have a lsd off a jdm 180sx and 300zx n/a axles.. there is a long and short axle.. heres the problem, the short one goes on no problem, but the long one which is the pass side will not fit, it is too long. can someone knowledgable please help me out?

I think they are supposed to be the same length. You must have gotten 2 different axles.

NO, the pass. side is longer. i dont think that the z32 axles work without modifications

Damn, sorry for the false info. I just had both of mine out of the car, and I didn't even notice a difference

Car and modifications required:240sx W/ LSD No mods needed if it is NON ABS300ZX 90+ Non Turbo Needs new output flanges300ZX 90+ Turbo Needs new output flanges and gears are lower Infiniti J30 95+ No mods needed* Infiniti J30 pre 95 Needs new output flanges Infiniti M30 No mods according to Infiniti of Melbourne FL*Infiniti Q45 No mods according to Infiniti of Melbourne FL**might need to have driveshaft shortened one inch due to ABS sensor but this isn't' confirmed and my friend has no problem with this setup
