Recently i have been looking into a new set of wheels for my 06 Z i want some 19's that are a little bit more agressive looking and eye catching at the same time while still being around the same weight as the stock rims. I found some called the Axis Penta's that are staggered and would be 8.5 inches in the front and 9.5 in the back. I have a picture below of what they look like and was just wondering what everyone thinks about these wheels and if anyone has them on there Z or has seen them in person or anything like that. Also if anyone has any more in put on the subject feel free to post it because i need all the info i can get on this stuff.

I considered the Axis brand- but ended up going with a comparable brand TSW. The Axis is cast alum one piece - Are the stock Z 19s forged? If so then the Axis may be somewhat heavier.

My local deal carries and supports Axis, I saw the Axis rim that I wanted (Matrix) in person, held it up to my car - but I had already had my mind set on the TSW which my dealer did not have a floor sample of.

The Axis Penta was one of my considerations as well. The set on the G in this picture look hot.

Good Luck with your decision - butr I don't think you will go wrong with the Axis.

Hey thanks for the in put. Im not sure if the stock Z rims are forged, But i do know that the 06 rims weigh 24.8 pounds in the front and 25.8 in the back and the Axis Penta's weigh 24.8 in the front and 25.4 in the back so they are almost excactly the same.

These Axis wheels are a great value for the price.

Thats great to hear. I was looking at these wheels online and found a place called the tire studio that states that if you "buy a wheel and tire package they will mount the tire on the rim and balence it for you, with lug nuts and center rings if needed." If i went with this does that mean that after getting them shipped to me i could just mount them on my car? Also what would it take to do this just a jack and a torque wrench, and are the lug nut torque settings the same for aftermarket wheels as they are for the stock Z wheels or does it change?
