Awww, my first mod!

So. Even though I kinda swore up and down I wouldn't waste money on silly mods, my first one got installed yesterday afternoon. Buuut... I didn't buy it. Boyfriend did. And he did the install for me. Hmn. I should have done this a while ago

Anyway, he got me the short throw shift kit from Racingline and HOLY CRAP what a difference. WAY better. It's pretty effin' fantastic.

So. What should I do next? Well, rather, what should I ask him to do next?

PS; "Gently pry" off the ball joint .

I wanted to ask about that...

is there any way I can get a SHORTER shifter? Preferably without having to saw the b****. And if so... how do you do it?

yes there is, razo makes one that screw really deep (goes superdeep to 2mm from you hand) so the shifter becomes shorter

The install couldn't have been any easier, save for getting the cable off of that pivot ball. Racingline made a great product. I can't say enough about it and them as a company.

I also had a really great helper with the installation

Next it is getting lowered, strut tower brace, rear sways and a heavy shift knob.

We dont live together yet. Michele is still in CT, but visits MD a lot. Her and Ryan will hopefully be moving in soon, but she is waiting until after the holidays to move here for good.

But there is always a 3rd A/C at my house too. Julie (shinkirux), comes over a lot to hang out. We will corrupt her soon enough, and get her to move in as well (insert evil laugh here)
