That one tab will not effect it. The pintle cap is there too hold the o ring in securely.

Yeah i know thats what i figured. Ive been thinking about still sending the injectors off and to have them flow tested and to have the o rings/ pintle caps replaced.

Im trying to figure out who the best person is to have do that. Other wise i would like to buy all new injectors from Deatschwerks however if you look at their shop online section you see in the drop down menu that their options are 270cc,550cc, and 810cc. Im assuming they made a typing mistake there? Ill have to give them a call but im either having these injectors rebuilt or i am buying new ones.

I see no reason to buy new if yours are in well enough condition to have them basicly rebuilt for less money. I plan on sending mine off to them in the somewhat distant future.

Id be sticking with OEM size I dont plan on making over 250-275 hp ever so the stock size will be fine. I would like to upgrade the fuel rail to either the Circuit sports ( ) or the Yamato garage one that is a high flow side feed rail. The thing is i want to stick with the stock FPR for awhile though so unless someone makes an adapter for those rails that allows for use with the stock fpr ill be using the stock rail for awhile.

I see. Injectors are just really epensive. The circuit sports rail look very nice. I wish they came in more colors though.

Yeah the Yamato Garage rail is exactly the same theirs comes in gold or blue. I want to be able to mount my damn stock fpr to it though haha.

Yeah. Haha. I think something along the lines of this would be relatively easy to make and would work. It would just thread into the fuel rail.

Haha! Yeah basically exactly that lol it would thread into the rail and allow for the stock fpr to bolt to it haha awesome!

Thats what I was figuring. Sorry i did it on paint in like five minutes, and I am a wee bit tired so the quality is a bit low.

Threadjack:

To take over the content of a message thread by changing the subject of discourse to a topic outside the purview of the original subject and/orforum, while maintaining the subject line. A form of amusement for trolls. Threadjacking is distinguished from flaming, as flames are a quasi-personal attack on a poster or on a poster's style of discourse, where threadjacking is deliberatly steering the discussion offtopic.

Anyways,Id say 1000cc injectors to be safe. However do you SERIOUSLY need that much power? What are you going to be doing with it??
