Damn that's erie. Alicia Keys "Karma" was playing in the background right when I read that part of your post...anyway I'd check the carfax, and if it doesn't check out right, contact the previous owner and get your money back if thats what you want out of this. If the previous owner doesn't cooperate then contact your states DMV (or BMV) and ask them what steps you should take.legitshizz wrote:Guess what fellas? I just got myself a 240sx zenki! Its SOO awesome! Clean exterior, molded sideskirts, and immaculate paint! With only having 66k miles on the car, not havin a radio didn't matter! Brought this baby home, and drove it for a bit, had a wet dream, etc. Woke up and looked at my car, and read the odometer, and guess what?
My 66206 miles changed! it now read 65207 miles. "Maybe i was driving in reverse for a long time..." i thought, but then i realized it ddn't work that way...
What should i do sirs and misses? Sue? Report? Sell?To be honest, i don't wanna sell a faulty car to anyone else, reasons being karma. What goes around comes around.
Anyone got a carfax subscription? That'll help me... INPUT PLEASE!!!
how do you drive approximatly 20-25k miles a year? thats insane! i have put like 3k on my car since march, and just put it in for winter storage. ya my 89 has like 76k on it.base9se wrote:What?! I'd love to have my odometer say that much miles. Ahh...that's like 4 years ago. She's got 162K now.
good music, nice choicelegitshizz wrote:Currently listening to MyChemicalRomance - i'm not okay (i promise).
Mostly highway miles. Drive from Northern Mississippi to Northwest Florida (6 hours) alot. And this past year and a half I've been driving alot from Northern Mississippi to East Tennessee (6 hours). I hate doing it to my car, but when the KA goes here comes the SR. I have another one also but the engine died 'bout 3 months ago. I'll drive that alot more when she's up and runnin'.nismofly wrote:how do you drive approximatly 20-25k miles a year? thats insane! i have put like 3k on my car since march, and just put it in for winter storage. ya my 89 has like 76k on it.
It's a well known fact that most nissans simply can't handle the voice of Britney Spears and willl rebel somehow. Most vehicles crap out and idle rough it looks like yours is throwing its odometer back and claiming junk title. Sorry if I'm being rough but I jsut had a rough drive back from the bars and the words are all blury just like the lines were ont he road.legitshizz wrote:It was a private dealer but i think he used Milton Auto Body as his dealership. He was located in Sun Valley. I asked about everything that was wrong with the car, and he listed a few things. Trunk doesn't open with the latch (must use key), no radio, and he said it was actually mileage. I gotta call him up later today and mingle. I was SOO happy when i got it. I was listening to happy music like Britney spears... then i was overwhelmed with disbelief. Currently listening to MyChemicalRomance - i'm not okay (i promise).
This has been a damper on the fun bus... I'll post pics in a bit.
I'm poor after that car, and can't even spare money for a Carfax account. There are 15 notices for that car, but i can't read em.
I was doing that every 3 month when I was driving deliveries.nismofly wrote:
