yup. with battery's, once they die and need jump-starting = they are never the same. they dont put out the same power and begin their slow road to death. now im not saying once its dead, to just forget jump starting it and throw it out- no. im simply saying that once you allow a car battery to discharge, start putting away $3-5/week because by the time you get the $100 collected, it should be about time for a new battery.
furthermore, our engine is programmed via the computer to stay at low RPM's. that unfortunately doesnt allow the alternator to provide the power needed to not only sustain the car, but to make enough to recharge the battery. sucks, but its the price to pay for better MPG's.
