Let alone some specs. That forum keeps stating POI and map updates but I think it's pretty clear it's more than that.

I'd be interested to see if they gave it a larger hard drive.

thinking about selling my Avic D3 and buing the Z3. I will actually do the install for someone if I sell it to someone in SOCAL... still thinking though, oh yeah, and I have to see when the da*n Z3's will go on sale!

1300 looks like a good price, i heard it is supposed to be 1800 msrp.

yeah, however.. the information on that seller's listing is for the Z2, not the Z3. Usually, there's a distinct difference in features offered from one model to the next, other than just updated maps.

I have yet to speak with a truely informed person that can tell me the more advanceed features of the Z3 over the Z2. And right now, with brand new Z2's on sale for ~1000.00, I can't see a reason to shell out more money for the z3!

actually, all of those points are really for the Z2... I know exactly what features the Z2 has, and you're right... if the ebay specs are correct, then there are NO advances of the Z3 over the Z2...

Actually, I don't trust the ebay vendors because they haven't even put the specs on the pioneer website!

There really wasn't any advances from the z1 to the z2 other than smart nav or some crap, and some other minor software updates.
