How much boost are you running? For an upgraded turbo, injectors, intercooler, tb and intake manifold, that power level is not very impressive. A stock RB25 can push ~305-320hp at 12 psi of boost.

The CAS looks like it is clocked to one side of the slot. Have you checked the base timing to verify that it is 15 degrees when the engine is at operating temp?

What fuel rail is that? The 7MG?

lower picture _has_ to be an 'in progress' photo Darius. The coolant lines are not hooked up, and the PCV breather line is not attached or capped, FPR has no reference source, CAS is not adjusted, brake booster source is not connected, etc.

your going to need to put a spacer on the cam angle sensor or ou might incur some damage to the key way.

19psi is too much with just an S-afc.Lower boost or you may break the motor. The RB26 injectors are too small for 19psi and that size turbo.

The injectors are TOO SMALL for the size of the turbo and 19 psi. 7MG (444cc/min)=RB26 injectors(440cc/min)
