Avatar quick question

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

IIRC, it has to be in "gif" format (it's been a while).

OK - the short answer is that it was recently reported by another user and the cause is still under investigation. However, in that case, opening the image in another image editing program and re-saving it cured it.

I would be tempted to use a universal, simplistic program like MS Paint to do this, to ensure maximum compatibility. While I'm there, I'd also reduce the size a little (even 69 x 69), just to be sure it's not related to being at the upper size limit.

FWIW, when I did mine many months ago, it took my 4,780 byte JPG file without any complaints.

Let me know how you make out.

Cheers,David

69 x 69 solved it. Geez, didnt know 1 pixel would be so annoying!

Thanks David for looking into it. I'm happy now.
