Hey group!I am Bryan and I am from E TN. I am looking to build a high end street rod style 620. I plan to start after I complete my shops current project a 1963 Nova. I plan on using only the basic cab and bed related parts as I will be building the chassis myself. My question is this....What all sheetmetal parts can I find for the 620 New and if I find them what quality are they? I am not really concerned at all with factory accuracy on the body but I do want to stick as close to the original body lines as possible but since I plan to build a highly detailed ride I am going to need really slick new or RUST FREE panels. I found some parts ( Doors, fenders, bumpers, hoods) listed at an online wholesaler's site. I am looking for reccomendations from you Datsun folks as to where I need to pursue the parts. I want to know what all is available before I get any further into the design stages. I have found a truck that I intend to buy that will have alot of good parts and a complete frame and drivetrain to sell, as well as a complete dash, interior, seat etc. Thanks a ton!

Welcome to the forum!

I would like to see your project when you get started. Do you have any pictures to post?

No pics yet just a few very rough concept sketches. Going to do a four link and coil overs in the rear with a 10" wheel and a Mustang II front end with a Chevy drivetrain with a 5 speed. It is going to be basically a street rod in Datsun clothes.
