AV System Constantly Re-sets

Every time I shut off the car and re-start my 2009 Murano, the AV display on the dash re-sets. The clock re-sets, radio stations, etc. Why does this happen and how can I fix it without taking it to the dealer?

Check your fuses. The radio requires a 'constant hot' even when the engine is off to maintain memory. Or, it's past it's prime and it's time to look for a replacement.

not sure if you have already found a fix your problem, but my new 2016 Murano was doing the same thing, then I realized later it was because the SD NAV card was missing, so everytime I started my car, it resets itself to factory settings. Hope this helps!
