aux plug

ok so my friend had his ipod plugged into my aux plug and then forgot or something and when he got out of the car the wire yanked and part of the tip broke off inside the aux plug.... so i tried to get it out and messed it up... now when i plug my ipod in the aux plug the volume will be hella low and if i wiggle the wire, it changes to the radio as if i unplugged it.... anyone know how to fix it? or anyway i can just replace the aux plug? i want a Navigation head unit in the distant future so im not trying to spend a lot of money on this...

explanation : tip broke off inside > no room for your plug > wiggle it and it registers unplugged > radio

Solution : get the other unit in, unlikely it can be taken out without taking unit apart

take the jack that broke off , put a tiny dip of epoxy and then plug it back in the jack wait one hour and pull it off and voila everything comes out lol
