So my friend made a dumb dumb. I stepped into the bank, (I turned the engine off because, I conserve gas however I can), she turned it one click before the ignition (all the lights on dash) with the A/C running. Long story short, the battery died, had to get a charger to give it some juice and it's been fine since.

My car is factory equipped with the rear entertainment package. I run my iPod through an RCA adapter right into the DVD player ports. The car died with the iPod playing via AUX. For some reason, the AUX doesn't playback via the wire/ports anymore, someone suggested a fuse, but there is no fuse in the hood's fusebox, is there somewhere else I should look, or is there something else I need to reset? All other electronics are working as normal.

Are you sure this she is a "friend" hahah. And 2 this is why you dont leave girls alone in your car. I cant help you much but the fuses are located under the steering wheel where your left knee is in that coin box, open it up and give it a good tug and it comes out. Check the radio fuse, but i wouldnt know why a dead battery would blow your fuses, doesnt hurt to check.

Learned my lesson. Leave the windows closed, take my keys and lock her in the car.

I'll check the box.

I don't know what's wrong, everything else works fine. Just nothing plays via the RCA wire connected to the DVD player anymore. I'll try another wire to see if that's the problem.

Check the two fuses labelled "AUDIO AMP" and "AUDIO" behind the coin tray. Those seem to be the only two fuses related to audio.

^ both of which kill power to the head unit, so I doubt it's either of those fuses.

Yea...so the fuses are fine.
Anyone know how to maybe reset the DVD player itself?
I'm thinking maybe the DVD player/aux is not receiving power?

Went to an A/V shop. They were closing but said I should come back tomorrow. A quick check proved everything was intact. It appears the A/V interface may have been damaged when the battery died? They said those parts are very sensitive and might be the culprit since everything else works.

Boy, these last few days of listening to my iPod through cassette have been torture post-line audio :(
